It’s not every day that one of the biggest sportswear companies in the world calls, so we were super excited when Seen on Screen was invited to host a whole week of classes at the stunning adidas Women’s Studio, 152 Brick Lane!
With #SOSBonnie, #SOSKeeley, #SOSHaley and #SOSNicole on hand to bring some signature SOS energy, we delivered 15 Pop Fit sessions throughout the week, morning and evening, to packed studios of fabulous women ready to dance and let their hair down!
As far as we’re concerned, strutting like a diva is a bona fide life skill. With this in mind, Bonnie and Keeley began their Pop Fit sessions with a special warm up - teaching students the industry secrets to finding your groove and strutting with confidence, encouraged by the cheers of fellow class-goers!
... and DANCED TO GIRL POWER PLAYLISTS
As expected, the adidas x SOS track list was packed full of Girl Power tracks by some of our all-time favourite divas, including Camila Cabello, Little Mix and Beyoncé.
Camila Cabello proved a massive hit with the #SOSCrew, with smokin’ hot classes to Havana, Crying in the Club and OMG, while mega empowering routines to Run The World (Girls), Formation and a Halloween special to Haunted helped everyone unleash their inner Sasha Fierce.
To top off the SOS takeover we introduced sexy Latin vibes and got down to CNCO’s chart topping track, Reggaeton Lento feat. Little Mix. If you’re watching Strictly at the moment, think salsa remixed with the sassy SOS treatment!
152 BRICK LANE WAS HAUNTED FOR HALLOWEEN
With Halloween fast approaching, Seen on Screen created a special spooky Sass Session to a dream mashup of Beyoncé’s Haunted, and Rihanna’s Disturbia. As Keeley says in the video:
“Sell it to me ladies!”
And sell it to us, they did!
If you want to see our fabulous SOS instructors Keeley, Nicole and Kelechi demonstrate the routine in style, or practice the moves you picked up in class, click the video below!
YOU COULDN’T HELP BUT SLAY...
Our final day was topped off with an extended Beyoncé - Formation routine. It’s easy to overthink the moves when you first learn a routine, so Bonnie encouraged students to feel the music first and dance second, allowing students to embrace the music, let go and express the emotion they were feeling in that moment.
AND TRY THE AMAZING #SOSFITNESSFUEL

A huge thank you to adidas UK for hosting us and for all the SOS love during our takeover – we had a blast!
London has a passion for fitness and living well. There’s also a very clear message of progress over perfection, and for adidas, fostering a safe, supportive, collaborative environment that brings women together in a likeminded community to achieve their goals is top of the agenda – much like Seen on Screen! We felt incredibly inspired by the fantastic women we met during our takeover, and want to thank you for coming out to dance with us. You are the reason we do what we do!
